The Woman's Addiction Foundation

Purpose

The Women's Addiction Foundation was a public foundation committed to the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness of women whose lives had been affected by their misuse of, or dependency on alcohol or other drugs.

The Women's Addiction Foundation has changed their name and have now become known as "The Pacific Family Addiction Foundation" (PFAF). There is no known website for them currently.

 Mission and Objectives

Were to assist women faced with these issues, the Foundation used and distributed its resources to promote education, foster prevention, provide treatment and conduct research.

The Women's Addiction Foundation worked to ensure all women had access to programs that valued women and recognized their unique needs.

The Foundation worked independently and in partnership with other providers which research, education and treatment programs for women that valued a holistic approach to the challenges women face in overcoming substance misuse.
